Our covered outdoor stage sits at the heart of the 80×80 courtyard lawn — a purpose-built performance venue surrounded by the natural beauty of 96.8 acres of North Carolina woodland. From intimate acoustic sets to full-band concerts, community theatre to touring acts, the stage at Newsom Park delivers unforgettable live experiences for audiences up to 1,500.

What You'll Experience

Live Concerts

Regional and touring musicians performing country, bluegrass, folk, rock, and gospel on our outdoor stage. Friday & Saturday evening series run spring through fall.

Community Theatre

2026 Season Highlights

Our 2026 concert season runs April through October with shows every Friday and Saturday evening. Special events and festival performances are added throughout the year.

The Newsom Park outdoor stage and courtyard are available for private bookings — concerts, fundraisers, corporate entertainment, church events, and community celebrations. Our team handles setup, sound, and logistics so you can focus on the show.

Bring your own lawn chairs and blankets — the courtyard is open seating on the grass. Limited covered seating available near The Hut.

Free on-site parking with overflow lots for large events. Follow posted signs on arrival. ADA parking available near the courtyard.
